The Chapter Ten Star/Ten Star Gold Award honor those chapters who have accomplished many of the key objectives outlined in AFP International's Strategic Plan. The awards encourage chapters to perform specific activities designed to increase professionalism within fundraising and public awareness of philanthropy. Less than 50% of AFP chapters in the nation achieve this award.
This year, 2019 Larry Guilford- founder and owner of Make A Difference inc, has been nominated for the philanthropist of the year ward for his hard work and dedication in East Pasco area.
